Global Search 

Launched in 2024, ADP’s Lyric HCM now services 120+ large accounts (1,000+ employees) 

The highly flexible product, designed for dynamic companies of the post-pandemic era, bought together hr, pay, benefits, recruiting, performance management modules and reporting tools in one suite.

Navigation and work-flow execution was handled through a global search  experience. I took on the task of evolving that into an easy-to-use narrative interface that let any employee, manager, or HR professional use, configure, or run the system.

Key Activities

To address these needs, I led the following initiatives:

  • Heuristic evaluation: refocused the search experience through an information architecture update based on user need prioritization.

  • Defined new information architecture: clearly articulated
    to support data clarity and confidence.

  • Brand exploration and pattern definition: created scalable pattern guidance to ensure consistent and coherent results.

  • Northstar vision: established a vision to elevate quality standards across the entire team.

  • Asset delivery: component library, scalable data structures and calls to action to create a familiar and supportive experience.
